Yes, many of our classes can be adapted to accommodate those with injuries or health conditions. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before beginning any new exercise regimen. Please inform your instructor of any conditions or injuries before class so they can provide appropriate modifications.

Sound baths are safe for most people, but there are a few situations where extra care is needed.
They may not be suitable for pregnant women (particularly in the first trimester), anyone with epilepsy, or those with pacemakers or metal implants, as vibrations can sometimes interfere. Individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges or past trauma may also find that strong emotions arise during a session.
