Slow, spacious and deeply calming. Long-held postures invite the body to soften while giving the mind permission to become still.

Jayne Simmonds — Breathe Flow Wellbeing
Jayne is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and sound healer with years of experience helping people find stillness in busy lives. She brings warmth, expertise and a deeply intuitive approach to everything she holds.
Sherrie Nyss — Inner Alchemy
Sherrie is a breathwork facilitator and cacao ceremony guide whose work focuses on helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her sessions are powerful, grounding and held with great care.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoters
This giveaway is organised by Breathe & Flow Wellbeing Ltd and Inner Alchemy.

2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who can attend the retreat in person on Sunday 22 November 2026. Employees of the promoters and their immediate families are excluded.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:

* Like the official giveaway post.
* Comment on the official giveaway post, tagging two friends.
Sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging both accounts is encouraged but optional. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person.
4. Closing date
Entries close at 11:59pm UK time on Wednesday 11 November 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. The prize
One winner will receive one complimentary place at the PAUSE retreat, “Pause Before the Christmas Chaos”, on Sunday 22 November 2026 at Truleigh Centre, Shoreham.
The retreat includes breathwork, yin yoga, a cacao ceremony and a sound bath with Reiki. Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses are excluded. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random process. The winner will be contacted by direct message from an official promoter account within 48 hours of the draw and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, the promoters may select an alternative winner at random.
7. General conditions and privacy
The promoters may disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraudulent activity. If circumstances beyond the promoters’ reasonable control require a change or cancellation, they will act fairly and communicate any changes appropriately.
Personal information will be used only as necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the prize, in accordance with the promoters’ applicable privacy information.
